I started CDM HR Consulting because small and midsize businesses deserve the same quality HR support as large corporations — without the overhead of a full in-house HR department.

I bring 6 years of HR experience across the mental and behavioral health and healthcare industries, and HR has been my passion throughout. Today, I work with business owners who need clear, compliant HR documentation but don't have the time — or the desire — to become employment law experts themselves.
